All orders are encrypted when sent to us (128bit encryption). Your details will not be sold or passed onto any other company under any circumstances, except to comply with the NZ law.
The Little Toy Shop accepts only bank deposits or funds transfers. Please make sure you include in the Particulars or Reference your Order Number. Not doing so can slow down the delivery process.
Personal Cheques
We endevour to approve personal checks for immediate shipment, this may not always be possible and we may hold your order for 10 business days until the cheque clears. To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a bank cheque or use your credit card. If it becomes necessary for us to use a debt collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees. All cheques payable to "Naxos Services Ltd" (our head office).
Backorders
We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify otherwise. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, and discontinued items may not be backordered.
Order Processing
Once payment has been approved, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process your order and ship it out.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Returns for Repair
Should you find a defect in one of our products, or have an item that requires repair, please e-mail us with the details of the problem. If you are required to return the product, please address your return to The Little Toy Shop, PO Box 31-480, Milford, Auckland 0741. Include a brief problem description with your name, address, and contact phone number. If you expect that the repair costs will be covered under warranty, you MUST provide the required proof-of-purchase. All warranty items sent to The Little Toy Shop will, at their discretion, either be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover general maintenance of the product.
Price Changes
All prices, pictures and descriptions of all our products are subject to change without notice.
Limits of Responsibility
The user shall determine the suitablility of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by The Little Toy Shop.
The user is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturers guidelines. The Little Toy Shop cannot accept responsibility for injury or damage or loss of parts and materials that occurs during the use of any product.
